5. Pricing and Payment

6. Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling: Clearances are conducted based on the agreed-upon date and time. We strive to adhere strictly to schedules but reserve the right to adjust in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations: Clients may cancel a scheduled clearance with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled clearance may incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.
7. Liability and Insurance
Liability: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your premises and items, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or losses that occur after the clearance.
Insurance: We maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against accidental damage or loss during the clearance process. Details of our insurance coverage can be provided upon request.

10. Termination of Services

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Merton.

13. Force Majeure
